AMC over the past year spent tens of thousands of dollars on software and countless man hours at extremely high rates trying to update our accounting system to Sage Accpac without success. We then ended our relationship with our solutions provider for Sage Accpac after one year of no progress. AMC was already using QuickBooks Pro and then decided to call Intuit about upgrading to QuickBooks Enterprise. Intuit directed to us VARC Solutions where we were introduced to Robin Hall. When Robin showed up for our first introduction to QuickBooks Enterprise she was able to map out the entire upgrade process and provide us with an accurate cost. We could not believe how much money Robin was going to save our company. AMC was able to easily transition into QuickBooks Enterprise at all 5 of our locations. We upgraded our current 4 users and added additional 16. Robin’s ability to quickly transition our data and train our staff effectively provided us with value added cost savings. AMC was also provided with Intuits Quickbase solution giving us the ability to share project information quickly and easily throughout the company in real time. With our cost savings provided by VARC Solutions on our QuickBooks Enterprise conversions we were able to add this additional product. AMC would highly recommend VARC Solutions and Robin Hall.
