We hired Robin Hall last year as a QuickBooks consultant. She has worked with us to find the most cost-effective upgrade for our 10-computer network. The solution for us turned out to be Enterprise, a totally comprehensive software package that requires a repetitive fee but saves money over time. Robin has always been available to provide me guidance in any specific areas I am unsure of. Also, she came out personally to help me install and “tweak” the upgrade which went smoothly and has remained stable for about 6 months now.
