About Us
Robin Hall, Principal Consultant, ISP
Robin Hall began her practice in 1999 with one small business bookkeeping client. Her broad industry background enabled her to relate to many different types of business owners, and her strong foundation in all aspects of accounting and natural sense of process facilitated many client success stories. These successes earned her a very loyal following, and as her clients grew, so did her practice. Training is the main constituent of her consultancy now, in addition to bookkeeping, payroll, technical support, customized reports and other organizational tools. She has a talented and dedicated staff with expertise in each area and is in the process of supplementing her company's knowledge base in order to better meet her current and future clients' developing needs.

Friendswood Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year 2002
Alisa Sutton, Pro Advisor, Senior Bookkeeper
Alisa Sutton, Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor since 2009, has more than 20 years experience in bookkeeping and office management. Her expertise, mirroring Robin Hall’s, spans many industries and business sizes, but her forte and passion are focused on the needs of small businesses. In her spare time, she shares another passion, gardening, with retirees who can use her helping hand (and green thumb) throughout the Houston area.

Richard Roppa, Sales Director
Richard Roppa's more than 20 years sales experience began with a brief stint as a technical support rep, where he quickly discovered that his people skills could be put to better use elsewhere. His natural knack for talent-and-needs assessment helped him progress rapidly from technical recruiter to recruiting manager to sales manager of a branch, and along the way won many top performance awards. Desiring to broaden his knowledge base, he then sought out project management assignments where he gained valuable experience in the fields of human resources and accounting (this also included authoring an HR column for both the Houston and Atlanta Business Journals). In addition to his duties at VARC Solutions, he is an avid art collector, has served in a leadership role with BNI, is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership, and is a charter member of the Alliance for Digital Equality.
