In addition to being an Intuit Solution Provider, Robin is also an Intuit QuickBase Solution Provider. She developed VARC Solutions’ signature product using QuickBase, NAN Practice Manager, a CRM designed specifically for Intuit ProAdvisors, Intuit Solution Providers, CPAs and others in the accounting profession.

Tom Salazar is the Intuit Payment Solutions Account Manager with Intuit Payment Solutions and our guru on everything Merchant Services, including processing in QuickBooks Financial Software, QuickBooks POS, Gift Card Solutions, GoPayment Mobile Processing, Billing Solutions, and Check Processing Solutions. A consistent top performer and winner of Customer Satisfaction and Sales Achievement awards, we are excited to have his expertise on our team.
Bookkeeping
Alisa Sutton is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and our resident bookkeeping detective. She is an expert in fraud detection and collections, and her good instincts and sound bookkeeping principles make her the go-to person for our clients on a myriad of topics and financial “mysteries”.
Computer Services
Annette Banks is our General on the front lines when it comes to everything IT, both internally as well as for our clients. A graduate of DeVry and ITT with a BS in Technical Management, she is also QuickBase Certified, and oversees our Managed Services Program.
Customer Care
Louis Alleyne is our “client ambassador” and resident diplomat. His 17 years experience in customer service and management and 5 years experience with desktop support lend him technical credibility when resolving support issues.
Operations
Richard Roppa. Richard Roppa is the self-described traffic cop and Chief Problem Solver of VARC Solutions. As part of the senior management team of VARC Solutions, you may have met him at one of our local QuickBooks Lunch & Learns, Scaling New Heights or at the Intuit Solution Provider Conference.
Richard is QuickBase Certified, an Intuit Solution Provider, and an Intuit QuickBase Solution Provider. VARC Solutions’ signature product and Richards favorite thing to talk about, NAN Practice Manager was designed specifically for Intuit ProAdvisors, Intuit Solution Providers, CPA’s, and others in the accounting profession. NAN Practice Manager was heavily featured in an extended interview with both Robin Hall and Richard on Radio Free QuickBooks.
Richard also is an active member of The National Advisor Network, a professional group of experienced and highly knowledgeable Intuit Advisors (e.g. QuickBooks ProAdvisors and Intuit Solution Providers). He’s also held leadership roles with BNI and was a charter member of The Alliance for Digital Equality.
Heather Gabriel is our marketing “virtuoso” for VARC Solutions and the Practice Manager for our sister company, Systech Solutions. A former business owner with a background in Silicon Valley start-ups, her consultative approach to business relationships makes her a valuable counselor and resource to all our clients.
